Innovations is a committed contractor to Job Corps, which serves the nation’s at-promise youth as an integral, agile, demand driven workforce and education training system.  Acting as an employment bridge to high growth industries, Innovations and Job Corp provide graduates with career paths, life-long learning skills, and the ability to thrive in the 21st Century workforce.

Innovations has project offices in various States. Innovations has a reputation for innovative solutions and attracting eligible and committed youth to Job Corps. Innovations’ quality services offer individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student. Our flexible training approach allows us to tailor service components and delivery methods to effectively meet individual student and employer needs. Our dedication to this flexible, tailored training system has been at the core of our efforts since becoming a Job Corps contractor in 2000.

As a part of the nationwide network of Job Corps campuses, Innovations offers a comprehensive array of career development through a holistic approach to career development training. In the classroom we teach:

• employability skills

Recognizing that skills alone are not enough to prepare youth for stable, long-term, high-paying jobs, we also teach social competencies through a combination of:

• work based learning experiences
