United States Government Departments

Innovations Group has provided clerical and management support for the United States Army. Innovations Group’s business management and analysis have proven valuable assets to United States Government agencies and Federal Prime contractors. Innovations group also provides logistical support and contract negotiations for US Government agencies and Federal prime contractors. They provide contract management, contract negotiation, contract oversight, and contract close out assistance to their clients. Clerical support may include full executive assistance and other such tasks as operating word processing center, providing full administrative assistance, maintaining master calendars and schedules, managing appointments and conferences to avoid scheduling conflicts, arrange for conferences, including space, time, contacting attendees, assemble background materials, etc., document preparation, editing and review and finalization to assure that format, grammar, spelling, punctuation, signatures, and enclosures comply with established correspondence procedures and standards in accordance with the Federal Correspondence Handbook, document retrieval from databases similar to Controlled Document Information System: Correspondence Control System; Records Information System; etc., Innovations group clerical support personnel also maintain and update office filing system for all applicable information, provide logistic and supplies to manage mailrooms of any size or volume as well as sorting correspondence, shipments, receipts, etc., as well as assist the staff in adherence with the procedural aspects of expediting the work of the office and enter, assign and track action items to completion including database tracking. Innovations Group also provides personnel and payroll assistance. They can coordinate travel arrangements for Federal staff; prepare travel authorizations, vouchers, itineraries, travel contact information, and packets with pertinent information about the area of travel, research hotel availability and prices and directions for personnel traveling on business , prepare and track performance plans, performance appraisal forms, and position descriptions , track training, self-assessments, and action items as well as implementing a reminder protocol, payroll and timekeeping for staff to including maintenance of leave calendars, prepare timesheets and leave requests for authorization, record payroll data in database, etc., provide processes, infrastructure, practices, standards, and personnel to manage and coordinate records management programs , and provide contract management and administrative procurement support.

The Innovations Group provides support services to the Department of Energy at the Hanford Nuclear Site, Richland facility, and Yucca Mountain Nuclear Waste Storage Site outside Las Vegas, NV. Innovations group also provides logistical support and contract negotiations for US Government agencies and Federal prime contractors. They provide contract management, contract negotiation, contract oversight, and contract close out assistance to their clients. The Innovations Group can handle Public and Community Relations by doing such things as development of articles and feature stories for the news media, in house publications, and newsletters on an as-needed basis, coordinate interactions with local, regional, and trade news media, develop written, audio, and visual information products and coordination onsite tours for the press, dignitaries, and the public, plan, coordinate, and support implementation of special events for Federal projects, coordinate interactions with the State and local departments, boards, and offices, coordinating interactions with indigenous peoples, and provide legal and paralegal assistance - including Freedom of Information program. The Innovations Group is also excellent at providing procurement, safety, and facility maintenance support services. The Innovations group can coordinate building/facilities activities, including the facilitation of office moves by coordination of movers, telephones, network connections, computer resources and furniture, facility repairs such as replacing electrical outlets, fixing holes in the walls, installing doors, key and lock control, conduct daily safety walk-through of facilities, perform top to bottom review of waste treatment programs and facilities, review of safety management systems, develop corrective action maintenance work orders that include mechanisms that review them for completeness and correct noted discrepancies, coordinate emergency preparedness point of contact and reporting of occupational injuries and Illnesses for site personnel, facilitate operational readiness activities, develop and review quality assurance programs and related documents, coordinate outside craft support resources necessary to move materials up to and including hazardous materials. For example, Innovations Group provided facilities support in the area of Spent Nuclear Fuel Program Maintenance and Facility Coordination for Fluor Hanford Company: Innovations Group can also provide fleet management, as well as facilitate and track repair of office equipment.
Innovations Group supports the Department of Homeland Security. The Department of Homeland Security is the Federal Government Department which controls the Transportation Security Administration - TSA. Transportation Security Administration – TSA - uses government contractors to manage their workman’s compensation claims. Innovations group has partnered with Managed Care Associates (MCA) to provide worker’s compensation case management for Transportation Security Administration – TSA – workers who are injured on the job with TSA and have been found to have work related injuries. The injured workers from TSA are case managed buy nurse case managers who specialize in Worker compensation work related injuries when those work related injuries are acquired while the workers is injured on the job when working for the Transportation Security Administration or TSA. Additionally, Innovations Group provides important business process review of contracting methods and approach to performance based contracting, provide contract management and administrative procurement support, provide litigation support and confidential document reaction, developed government independent cost estimates, establish incentive fee contracting mechanisms, develop and manage extensive databases for employee concerns program, conduct oversight of cost schedule and earned-value performance and budgets, arrange procurement/contract closeouts in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, coordinate contract closeout activities and interactions with contractors and financial assistance recipients including reconciliation of and recommendation of final payments and funding de-obligations, as well as maintain various reporting systems databases, including data entry of Small Business vendor information and unsolicited proposals.
